The Croods

This week we are assigned to watch an animated movie for the weekly review.  As a big fan of cartoons, I decide to go with The Croods, which is commonly known as one of the greatest animated films in 2013.  This story basically tells us the adventure of Grug’s family when an earthquake forces them to leave the only place they know.  On their way in search of a new home, they encounter the new guy, Guy, whose imaginative mind and belief in tomorrow contradict a lot with those of Grug.
The movie is filled with laughter, eye-catching chases, the danger of fierce animals, conflicts between conservative belief and aggressive one, and eventually a warm scene in which the father and his teenage rebel daughter express their love in words to each other.  If I were to rate the movie, I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 because the 3D effects are excellent and plots are entertaining indeed.
